What We Do
The Castle Rock Colorado Genealogical Society is an association of men and women with a burning interest in the discovery of our ancestry. Collectively and individually we seek answers to family history questions. As a non-profit organization, the society functions through the support of volunteers who contribute their knowledge, time, and effort. The society strives to provide inspiration, support, and encouragement for our members, as we research our family history and share our discoveries.
We welcome anyone interested in genealogical research, from novice to advanced. Our many monthly programs are designed to meet the diverse needs of our membership.
Mission of the Society
- To promote genealogy through education and research.
- To encourage high standards of research, instruction, documentation, and preservation.
- To locate, preserve and index public and private records, and to make such records available.
Come visit us and find a network of friendly genealogists and family historians!
