Rocky Mountain Genealogical Seminar

CRCGS will host the second annual Rocky Mountain Genealogical Seminar on October 4, 2014 at the Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Resort in Aurora.

Doors open at 9:00am, the seminar begins at 9:30am, and will conclude at 4:45pm.

J. Mark Lowe, CG, FUGA will be this year’s distinguished national speaker.

 

 

Seminar Topics include:

  • Who Is This “Tick Mark”? Using Pre-1850 Census Records
  • Dower, Dowry, and Detinue: Women and Their Men’s Property
  • Land Barons or Dirt Farmers: Finding Land Transactions
  • Finding Uncle John by Talking to the Neighbors

General registration opens February 1.  Advance registration is required to obtain a ticket for event entry.  Seating is limited.
