Midwest Ancestry Research Group

The Midwest is defined by the U.S. Census Bureau (from Wikipedia)

CRCGS presents MARG as an ongoing interest group to help participants develop their research skills when looking for ancestors in the Midwestern region of the United States. In this series participants will explore a broad range of topics, including the history and geography of the region as well as repositories and record types available for research in area. Those participating will also study religious and ethnic groups which settled the Midwest and their migration into the area.

The group meets the first Thursday of most months from 6:30-8:00pm at the Philip S. Miller Library in Castle Rock.
